PAYMENT CURRENCY OPTIONS: Although the prices are listed in US Dollars, we accept payments in all major currencies of the world. These are: US Dollar, Euro, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Swiss Franc, Danish Krone, Pound Sterling, Hong Kong Dollar, Indian Rupee, Japanese Yen, Norwegian Krone, New Zealand Dollar, Swedish Krona and South African Rand. Once you place your order, you can choose the preferred currency by clicking on the same using dropdown menu on the top left side of the Order Form.
EXCHANGE POLICY: If for any reason you wish to exchange your pashmina to get another one, we will ship the replacement soon after receipt of such information from you. Please notify us to that effect within the guarantee period of one month.
SHIPPING POLICY: Unless specified otherwise, all items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the receipt of the order. Orders received on Friday are shipped on the following Monday. All items are shipped through DHL and take 4-5 business days to deliver.
SHIPPING CHARGES: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Your Pashmina can last a lifetime with proper care. Pashmina should not be hand/machine washed. It should be professionally dry cleaned. Do not wring or twist your Pashmina. To iron your pashmina, place a piece of cloth between your pashmina and iron to protect your pashmina from direct contact. For stubborn stains, it is recommended to pre-treat your pashmina before dry cleaning.
CUSTOM DYE OPTION: “I want White Pashmina. Not Vanilla Pashmina pretending to be White.” “None of the Colors in the Color Palette quite match my dress. Should I just settle for the closest match?” Familiar territory? You should not settle for less than perfect - not on your big day! Bridesmaid Pashmina is here for the perfect finish. If you are unable to find the exact shade of a particular color, simply e-mail us a photograph of your desired color. We will custom dye a Pashmina for you. How to place the order? Simply select ‘Custom’ from the drop down Color Menu to place the order and email us the instructions thereafter. Simple!
